We thoroughly vet our proposed candidates and reserve the right to reject unsuitable candidates.We handle each individual request (be it from the candidate or the family) with the utmost privacy, efficacy and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove any candidate or family from our data, who do not conform to our standards.
Au pairs are thoroughly vetted before we send them out to meet a family, will verify the consistency of the information supplied on their curriculum vitae (each reference will be checked). We only retain individuals who are serious candidates.
OCDS Au pairs cannot be held liable or responsible in any way or form for the comportment of any candidate, but that within the family environment or outside thereof. That said, we cannot be held liable or responsible in any way or form for the comportment of any family towards our candidates.
OCDS Au pairs will help you to find the ideal candidate from anywhere in the world. All administrative details are the responsibility of the family for families not already in the UK, such as South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago and parts of the European Union.
